There are two common bending methods: one is hot bending; One is cold bending.

Hot bending is to fill the bent pipe with clean and dry sand selected according to the pipe diameter of the bent pipe, heat the pipe after being knocked and vibrated, and use certain special tools to bend the original straight pipe into a certain angle.

Cold bending is to select the pipe bender mould according to the pipe diameter and bending radius, and bend the pipe into the required angle on the pipe bender. The large diameter thick wall pipe can also be bent on the bending mould after medium frequency heating.
